Smith has served as Founding President of the Conway Regional Physician Organization, has served as Chief of Staff for Conway Regional Medical Center and past member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Smith and his wife Suzanne have three children. He attends Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Conway.

Dr. Dickson joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2018. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 and then completed his medical school education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at AHEC NE in Jonesboro, AR. He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians. He and his wife have two sons. Dr. Dickson spends his time away from the clinic outdoors hunting and fishing. He and his family attend Second Baptist Church in Conway.

Donnie Kulbeth joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2008. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic Donnie worked in the Pediatric setting. Donnie volunteers in our community to provide sports physicals to local public schools and colleges in Conway and surrounding areas. Donnie and his wife Lori have two sons and are members at Central Baptist Church.

Dr. John Smith Dedicated his life to healing and service. As Chief of Staff for twelve years at Conway Regional Medical Center and Chief of Family Practice, he exemplified excellence and compassion in his work. He also served on the Board of Directors for twelve years, shaping the future of healthcare in our community.
A retired Major in the U.S Army Reserve, Dr. Smith embodied the values of duty and honor throughout his career. For a decade, he served as Team Physician for Conway High School, ensuring the well-being of young athletes. His service extended further, spanning twenty-seven years as Team Physician for the University of Central Arkansas, where his expertise and care impacted generations of students.
A Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a respected member of the Arkansas Medical Society, Dr, Smith's dedication to his profession was unwavering. Beyond his professional achievements, he was a loving husband to his wife, Carla, a proud father of two children, and a grandfather to five grandchildren. He was also a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.
Dr. John Smith's legacy of service, kindness, and expertise will forever be remembered by those whose lives he touched. May his memory continue to inspire us to serve others with the same dedications and compassion he exemplified.
DAVID NAYLOR, JR., MD

Dr. Naylor has currently served for 16 years on the Conway Regional Physician Hospital Organization and is a past president. He has been the team physician for Conway High School for 19 years. Dr. Naylor and his wife Cindy have two sons. He is very active in our community and enjoys watching his sons play football, baseball, and basketball. Dr. Naylor and his family attend New Life Church in Conway.

He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hardin has a particular interest in diabetes care. He and his wife have two sons. Dr. Hardin is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. They attend Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.
BOBIE JO WIDDERS, MD

Dr. Widders aka "Dr. Bob" joined Banister-Lieblong clinic in 2023. She graduated from Lyon College in 2015 where she competed for the golf team throughout her college career. While completing her residency in 2023, she served as a Chief Resident at the Baptist Health-UAMS Clinic in North Little Rock. Dr. Widders has always had a heart for helping others. She has been on medical mission trips to Belize, Haiti, Africa, and is looking forward to more in the future. She and her husband have two dogs. Dr. Widders enjoys spending time with family and supporting University of Central Arkansas Athletics, where her husband is an Assistant Basketball Coach.
NATALIE BROWND, APN

Natalie Brownd joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2015. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Conway Regional Medical Center for 4.5 years. Natalie was born and raised in Conway and received both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her Advanced Nurse Practitioner studies in December 2014. She works part-time at the clinic and devotes the rest of her time to raising her children. She and her husband have two kids (ages 5, 2.5) and a dog.
MAGGIE PIERCE, DNP, APRN
College: University of Central Arkansas, 2016
Maggie Pierce earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016 and spent five years caring for critically ill newborns and their families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2021.
As a family nurse practitioner, Maggie enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is dedicated to building strong patient-provider relationships. She believes in a team-based approach to healthcare, taking time to listen and partner with patients to achieve their health goals.
Outside of the clinic, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, being outdoors, and cheering on the University of Central Arkansas Bears and Arkansas Razorbacks.

Dr. Jessica Tackett and her husband have two children. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic, she practiced family medicine in her hometown of Greenbrier for 11 years. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Tackett enjoys reading, running, traveling, and cheering on her children as they participate in various sports. She and her family are active members of Springhill Baptist Church in Greenbrier, where she also teaches Sunday school.
