Dr. Smith previously served as Chief of Staff for 12 years for Conway Regional Medical Center and Chief of Family Practice. He also served on the hospital Board of Directors for 12 years. Dr. Smith is a retired Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. For 10 years Dr. Smith served as Team Physician for Conway High School and 27 years for the University of Central Arkansas. He is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society. Dr. Smith and his wife, Carla, have two children and five grandchildren. They attend Antioch Baptist Church in Conway.

Smith has served as Founding President of the Conway Regional Physician Organization, has served as Chief of Staff for Conway Regional Medical Center and past member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Smith and his wife Suzanne have three children. He attends Woodland Heights Baptist Church in Conway.
RANDAL BOWLIN, MD

Dr. Bowlin and his wife Mary have three grown sons. Dr. Bowlin and his family enjoy serving on mission trips all over the world. He has provided medical care to thousands during his travel to Ukraine, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Ghana, Togo, Cape Verde, Haiti, and Guatemala. He is a member of Second Baptist Church in Conway. Dr. Bowlin has 4 grandchildren and enjoys spending time with his large extended family.

Donnie Kulbeth joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2008. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic Donnie worked in the Pediatric setting. Donnie volunteers in our community to provide sports physicals to local public schools and colleges in Conway and surrounding areas. Donnie and his wife Lori have two sons and are members at Central Baptist Church.

Dr. Cummins is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Cummins has served on the Board of Conway Regional Rehab Hospital, Chief of Primary Care at Conway Regional Medical Center, served as a member of the Medical Executive Committee at Conway Regional Medical Center and has served on the Board of K-Life. Dr. Cummins has served on a medical mission to Haiti. Dr. Cummins enjoys hunting, golfing and exercising. He and his wife, Dana, have three children, two sons, and a daughter. Dr. Cummins also has 2 grandchildren. He attends First Baptist Church in Conway.
DAVID NAYLOR, JR., MD

Dr. Naylor has currently served for 16 years on the Conway Regional Physician Hospital Organization and is a past president. He has been the team physician for Conway High School for 19 years. Dr. Naylor and his wife Cindy have two sons. He is very active in our community and enjoys watching his sons play football, baseball, and basketball. Dr. Naylor and his family attend New Life Church in Conway.

Dr. Dickson joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2018. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2011 and then completed his medical school education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at AHEC NE in Jonesboro, AR. He is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians. He and his wife have two sons. Dr. Dickson spends his time away from the clinic outdoors hunting and fishing. He and his family attend Second Baptist Church in Conway.
NATALIE BROWND, APN

Natalie Brownd joined Banister-Lieblong Clinic in 2015. Before joining Banister-Lieblong Clinic, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Conway Regional Medical Center for 4.5 years. Natalie was born and raised in Conway and received both graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her Advanced Nurse Practitioner studies in December 2014. She works part-time at the clinic and devotes the rest of her time to raising her children. She and her husband have two kids (ages 5, 2.5) and a dog.
