Through the years, Banister-Lieblong Clinic has grown to become the premier providers in family practice. Our team of experienced and professional physicians and staff are committed to providing comprehensive and quality health care.
Dr. Lander Smith, Dr. David Naylor, Dr. Craig Cummins, Dr. Thad Hardin, Dr. Caleb Dickson, Donnie Kulbeth, A.P.N., and Natalie Brownd, A.P.N. specialize in the medical discipline of Family Practice. They are focused on prevention as well as treatment of health problems. They treat a very wide variety of medical conditions.
One of the things that make our clinic unique is our ability, in most cases, to see you the same day for your acute care needs. A physician is “on-call” in the clinic each day for this service.

Dr. Fulmer hands down the best Dr. in this, and surrounding states. That’s not to speak ill of the other highly qualified doctors at BLC because they’re all amazing but my goodness they broke the mold with Dr. Fulmer! He takes the time to explain what you need to know. Dr. Fulmer doesn’t keep his head in a computer or tablet screen, he listens and actually hears what you say, makes eye contact and responds in the most professional manner, you can hear the kindness in his voice. I was most impressed when he looked up all my medication to see if any one taken with another would be harmful and then he went so far as to ask for a second opinion. Where do you find a humble Dr. anymore these days? Impressive all the way around! Then there’s his staff. His nurses must be trained in the art of hospitality and high stress trauma management because they know their stuff and make you feel special from the moment you walk into the door. Wow the staff up front, the nurses in the back all get five stars. As for Dr. Fulmer… there are not enough stars to emphasize what this guy is all about! I’m blessed to have found him I know that irrevocably!
What I have to say about Dr Dickson and his staff is they are great. For a very long time I was looking for a better doctor, and I found one. For the longest time I've been dealing with issues that most of the doctors and healthcare professionals just gave up on. I was stuck on an infinite amount of referrals it seems like they were just trying to get me out of their office. But not here at this clinic. Dr Dickson performed as a doctor is supposed to look up my history anime referral himself. My issue has been a reoccurring here and sinus infection that comes back every 6 to 7 months. My past doctors only wanted to go so far I was literally getting the same treatment for the same problem over and over again. Dr Dickson took my treatment to the next step then I'm feeling much better. My past doctors would make mistakes over and over again. I would tell him I have asthma and they would probably prescribe a medication you can't take if you have asthma. I had to point out that was a problem. For my experience this clinic with Dr Dickson would not have made these mistakes.
I have been going to Dr. Craig Cummins for many years now and I can honestly say he's one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is friendly and listens to my medical needs with professionalism and provides me the best medical care. His nurse, Brenda is also very friendly and knows her work well.
